2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS SE. When you access it, technically necessary server logs such as IP address, time, page accessed, referrer and browser data may be processed. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide the website securely.

3. Contact forms

When you submit a form, we process the contact, company, country and availability details entered in order to respond. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information is transmitted by email; no applicant database or document upload is used.

4. Retention

Enquiries are deleted when no longer necessary for their purpose and no legal retention duty applies. If no cooperation results, we generally review deletion after no more than six months.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising trackers, audience analytics or non-essential cookies. No consent-based services are currently used.

6. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority.
